Not just the state leads in agricultural and business activities in the country it also holds distinction of having a massive NRI population mainly residing in the developed countries of Canada, England and America.Real estate is definitely the ultimate beneficiary of all these factors working in favor of Punjab's economy, at large.
Its been my personal experience and have seen my investments grow in years...Started back in 2000 when I purchased a plot in JALANDHAR for Rs 1,80,000 ( one lakh eighty thousand ) sold it 2005 for 8,00,000 ( eight lakhs)...although I must say the location wasnt too IDEAL but more than 4 times in 5 yrs not to BAD. Next I bought another PLOT from 10,00,000 ( ten lacs in AMRITSAR in 2005 and SOLD it on 2010 for 45,00,000 ( forty five lakhs) ............ PRESENTLY bought 2 plots of LAND in AMRITSAR and BATHINDA for 40,00,000 ( forty lakhs )...expect to SELL ABOVE 1.5 crores buy 2014-15..........
BASICALLY I have searched all the best or areas in JALANDHAR , AMRITSAR and BATHINDA I now wish to HELP all Investors wishing to make it BIG through investment in PROPERTIES in PUNJAB......
